We want you and your little one to love every item. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags must still be attached
• Proof of purchase required

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and go to Order History
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. Print the prepaid return label
4. Drop off at any Postnet or Pudo locker

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
